Hi all!

I wanted to ask if it is possible to keep Royals in RUBs, and if so, how do you heat them, because I don't think its possible to put a ceramic heater in such a thing!!

Any photos of people set-ups would be awesome too!

Thanks in advance for any advice given!

Thanks Bob!! That's excellent, thanks for the help! I shall think very seriously regarding this information, and potentially be back asking more questions soon X3

The mat isn't in with the fatty so it cant thermal block. There is an air gap under Rubs too.

So the ambient temperature in the RUBs with heat mats or heat cables are sufficient to heat a full grown royal? Interesting, I thought their thermo-blocking meant that it wasn't possibly to keep them in RUBs as adults! Thanks, lotabob!

Just need bigger RUB's. My opinion on it is they need a vivarium but that's more my personal preference.

Slightly off subject, but are you from Worcester? And wouldn't happen to know of a local shop that sells rats would you?

This would not be possible for adults, am I right? Adults would need a different set up?

See Kelf's video, setting up a rub. http://www.theroyalpython.co.uk/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=7720 (Kelf, if you have your videos monetized I want a cut).
