Hi all ,been and got some rat fluffs(£14.99 for 10).they range in size from 37g-46g.that's the smallest i can get.Winston my royal weighs 296g empty he have been fed large mice every 5 days..Would it be ok to start feeding him these sized rats .

you might see a bit of a growth spurt once hes on rats.
general rule is no thicker than the widest part an 10-15% of their body weight.
i weigh the rats for the big lad derek but with frank i just give him one thats about as thick as the thickest part, when he eats that is

yes they will be fine. 15% of his weight is about 44g
