Posted - 18/07/2012 : 21:41:00 When will my royal grow out of this? His head literally shoots in if anything is above him. I.e. my hand. He's also reluctant to walk onto my hand (so to speak) its horrible to think I'm scaring him |

Posted - 19/07/2012 : 12:07:07 I have seen that if you like to touch their heads, do it because they will quickly get used to it (Ratchet and amber are not head shy when they both used to be) ;)

You can work to slowly get them used to having their head touched just dont push it too much.
ofc if im sitting down it's cool. But like anything they will freak,if you start waving your arms around infront of them. |

Posted - 18/07/2012 : 22:02:47 But its not going to set him back or traumatise him is it? I really don't like the way he shoots back its like he's flinching |
