So this weekend gone by marked one year of us owning a little normal Burm bea, here is a pic of then and now.

Excuse the photos Sharon's not as keen on her as she used to be, bea went through a stroppy stage, but is calming down again now nicely.

Yeah she just went crazy over night, not long after being put into her new viv, could not really explain it. a few people mentioned a condition called pseudo release, which i had never heard of, quoting the research that i found, it is where a docile captive snake, will suddenly become aggressive when they are either placed outside or in a different viv for a short period of time. from what i have researched on this, the snakes basically think they are wild again, due to the change in environment and behave accordingly , this aggression is called pseudo release because it occurs in snakes that are otherwise docile.
she is now much better which is good as you can see getting pretty big, it took around 6 months to even be able to handle her again, but working with her slowly has paid off, plus i am getting my bravery back.

Very nice, what a growth rate in just one year!

If only i had the space...then saying that I would have a lot more than I can actually afford..lol

lol I am as it goes but not quite that small :)

I choose to believe all these pictures were taken at the same time, and that your just really small. It makes me a happier person.

This year I have never seen so many burms hatchlings seems everyone is breeding them now, so you won't be hard pushed to find a decent male.
