Deffo a weird mix n mash think there's a bit of everglade in there aswell no 1 has had a definite answer though

congrats i would love an afrock. as said tap training an regular handling. have read that they can spaz out in open spaces but if you keep handling a few times a week then hopfully will stay tame. oh an youve got to post some pics

regular handling and the tapping technique as said above and hope it doesn't turn, i have heard of them being puppy tame and then for no reason being aggressive

She's a cb11 from a breeder and is tame(this is what I've bin told)
So I suppose the new question is are there any tips on keeping them tame apart from regular handling

I've heard a good taming down technique is to use a snake hook and gently touch the snakes nose every time you plan on interacting with them, apparently (although this is american advice :P ) they'll eventually learn the difference between the viv doors opening for feeding and the viv doors opening for handling.
Other than that I guess it's the same as any other snake, keep handling through all the bites until she stops :P
