I use an infra red bulb, so get heat & light in 1, but I'm planning on moving upto a ceramic & red led light. |

nice set up , i need a new set up but not to sure what to get to light it and heat it im useing a heat matt and a light at the mo ,, what you useing ??

BE, do you have probs with the temps in each viv using a dimmer?
If i put a viv on top of peanuts viv with a space between them of around two inches would it stop the heat coming from Peanuts viv going into the one above? |

porcelain and ceramic are the same thing...they only fit on certain ones... |

how do i know if i have a porcelain fitting?, all i know is i have a ceramic thingy to hold the bulb |

i think they do work...wen i added it i changed the fitting aswell, cos they can only be used with hanging porcelain ones so dunno how much it works... |

BE, are those normal red heat bulbs in there or infra red? and are they screw in or the other type?
DAZ, i notice your using a reflector with your ceramic, do they work? i lose tons of heat through the top of Peanuts viv and it cant do the viv any good...so just asking really..

they could be the rodent huts...i got it from a rep shop and i think a local guy makes em...does quite a few different things. got a 3 tier thing in my corns viv too...
she is a 06 and the viv is 3x2x2... |

you must be brill for top cupboards then...my son is going to be tall, he is already taller than me and i cant hide my choccy in the top cupboard anymore cos he can find it... |
