Our first ever clutch has just had one of the babies pip by itself a couple of days ago and has just left the egg this morning.
None of the others have pipped yet but they have been candling well, so I think I'll cut the rest today.
Looks like they first out takes after his dad. A little Soulsucker. |

Here they are just before they were put into their separate boxes. Just got to leave them alone until they shed now.

Well they are all out now. Two lessers and five soulsuckers. We just need to decide if there is any signs of the possible harlequin showing through.

Cut the others this morning and four of them are very very pale, so going to be fun figuring out what they are.
Just checked on them and there is a nose sticking out.
This is worse than waiting for santa to come down the chimney. |
