Just a couple of pictures of Phyllisss eating her dinner last night, and after an assist shed earlier in the day.

No she isn't underweight, she hasn't really started feeding properly yet.

i got a 10 month albino royal that only weighs 219grams, but he isn't a very good feeder. there are people on here who have 10 month old snakes weighing in at 900grams, so it really depends on the snake and their feeding patterns.

My 6 month mojave weighs in at 262grams and is an absolute dustbin - he is far bigger than the albino and is always on the look out for extra feeds!!

i wouldnt worry too much - get her started on the fluffs and you will soon notice the weight piling on!! :)

depending on her weight a rat fluff at that age might be to small...

one of my royals at three months was on the smallest weaners, i was giving her fluffs but she was still looking for more after so had to move her next size up..she weighed 225g then..

Don't worry, most royals are started off on rat fluffs, but they are hard to get hold of in some areas, hence starting them on pinkies.
you will probably find after a couple of months on fluffs she will soon be on small weaners, they come on so much better when they are on rats.
Good luck with the feed anyway - let us know how you get on. :)

At least she was able to take her anger out on the fluff rather than your hand!
She's a very pretty little girl, shame she's not much of a lady just yet!

Great pics there, she's a pretty girl!

From your assist shed post I'm guessing she's a strike feeder? LOL!
