Hi Jesse, no it's not normal for Royals to wobble their heads except for Spider morphs, some suffer from head wobble where it vibrates up and down usually when they are anxious or stressed and sometimes when they are excited and about to feed, mine used to exhibit this when I first got him but now he is older he doesn't do it any more. In very extreme cases not only does their head wobble but they 'stargaze' too which is a neurological problem.

AHHH OK thanks for the info.
