So, yeah this is my new snakey friend. Took a lot of thought about the name, but ended up with Cleo. Used the name Cleo after Cleopatra who was said to keep snakes around her wrist like bracelets.

Just a quick photo of the setup. Thinking of putting something else in there as there is space... She seems to love hiding behind the wooden tube, just under the plant I put in there. As you can see, I have a:
medium exo terra hide
small wooden hide (designed for rodents but she loves it)
exo terra water bowl
plastic plant
bark substrate
the dial is a hydrometer and a digital thermometer
and obviously heat mat and stat

Quick question. I just measured her, she came out at about 18-20" how old would you say she was?

Ha! That's a damn good idea! Although it did take MONTHS of persuasion to get the parents to agree for me to get Cleo. And for the sake of about 30p I don't think they'll be up for that... lol

Aww bless. Fresh from the nest then, hey. As Piers said, Cleo is probably that little bit older, but nice to know there is someone else on the forum who has a young'en. How long is bullet then?
reptiledanny Posted - 30/06/2010 : 21:08:01
he was born about may time i think, the guy sed that the hatchies had fed 3 times every 10 days, so 20th june take 30 days, roughly 20th may, 10 days after mine lol
joshblee23 Posted - 30/06/2010 : 18:27:56
