Posted - 12/07/2010 : 21:11:44 your welcome! i found it really useful, sheba wont feed every 5 days and she is about 357g maybe a bit more now, so feed her every 6 and she is quite happy with that! |

Posted - 12/07/2010 : 20:35:35 Hi CoN,Gorgeous colouring!!! This is what i try to follow for feeding BE put it up on a thread
0-400g feed ~ every 5 days 400-800g feed ~ every 7 days 800-1200g feed ~ every 10 days 1200g+ feed ~ every 14 days
These are just a rough guide.
Sorry cant advise on hatchling weights as sheba was about 8/9mth old when i got her. Im sure someone with more experiance will be able to answer that one tho!

Posted - 12/07/2010 : 10:10:49 Well he or she certainly looks like they're enjoying their rat pup! Fab names too by the way.
I believe my Bruce (who incidentally isn't sexed, I just figured it would be funny to have a girl called Bruce if my male assumption was wrong, haha!) is an 09 also and am feeding every week unless in shed - in which case I just skip it completely for that week . I'm sure somebody with more experience will confirm this as being correct or not. |
