Mine will be around a year and a half before i use him for breading should be well around the 5-600g mark then. I`ve never heard of any health risk only that there is a higher chance of infertile eggs if the males are to young.

Some guy here in the States is trying to get his 350gram to breed. Seems like there are a few of them that were successful with that weight.

Still, I think that 350grams is much too small for breeding. I don't know. I guess I've always thought there was a health risk involved with small males but I can't seem to find information to support that thinking...

Thanks for the nice comments guys, He`s very calm and wieghing in at 200g hopefully good to go next winter.
@ anatess, Spinner blasts, Lemon blasts both cool morphs and should have a good chance.
