Posted - 29/04/2011 : 20:14:44 Aww, poor little lad - my Shahi was just the same with his first few sheds, looked like he was prancing around in a net curtain.
Shahi I bathed but with hindsight I might have been a bit hasty - as long as the eyecaps and tailtip are off, what's in between isn't too crucial. (Although obviously better if it does come off.)
Another tip is to put the snake in a damp pillowcase, in a rub, and as snakey squirms about, the gentle friction of the damp cloth may help the shed off.
