Posted - 16/07/2011 : 19:39:07 Here is Surahi ...
(I'm having a lot of trouble getting these pics to behave ...
For those you who don't know her, she's an '06 cb dinker, which is a normal that doesn't look normal ...in her case she's paler, a bit like a Mojave, and like a true Mojave, she doesn't photograph well under artificial light, so here she is outdoors ...
umm, downsizing needed - thought I had ...bear with me! Dammit, can't downsize these ones, although I HAVE managed to post multiple pics ...oh well, Saada next, MIGHT manage to get it right ...I hope.
Thanks for looking.

Posted - 19/07/2011 : 11:25:44 Thanks Mystra - she is, really laid back and affectionate (insofar as snake can be affectionate - you know what I mean.) It's a good thing she's not a boa because she would live round my neck if she could - I really miss handling her when she's not eating. |

Posted - 17/07/2011 : 13:51:57 Lol - thanks Laws - I'll be glad when she starts eating again but she's so laid back and gentle - I miss not being able to handle her while she's fasting, bless her; it was lovely to bring her out for a moment and see her in proper daylight. (Then the little git refused her rat again last night ...royals eh??) |

Posted - 17/07/2011 : 11:11:22 Thanks guys - erm I went and shrank the pics ... Back to the drawing board ...will get it right one of these days ...
Hi, Bigdon, dinkers are just unusual looking normals and should go for normal price which, once the snake's adult, is traditionally £10 per 100g of snake. Surahi was 1300g+ when I bought her and I paid £135 - I think I was lucky to find her as dinkers can't be deliberately bred, they just happen. Some dinkers have gone on to produce unusual offspring (and create new morphs) but it's a gamble. Yeah, I love Mojaves too - hope you get one - they're fabulous looking snakes. Lessers too - they have that same sepia and chocolate colouring but even paler, as far as I know - I'm not an expert on morphs lol.
LOL D3l! I dink so too! |
