Posted - 11/09/2011 : 17:13:01 Hi All! Had to get Medusa and Monty Out to clean their Vivs, took the opportunity to weigh them and take some piccies, I can't believe how big they have gotten since I got then on 25th July! When I got them Medusa Weighed 620g and Monty was 315g
Just look at them now!!!
Monty Weighs in at 610g!

And Medusa now Weighs 830g!!

BTW A friend who has quite a number of different Morphs has said he thinks Medusa COULD be a Pastel, What do others think?? (I'm not bothered either way, I just love her!)
Warmest Wishes,
John |

Her Colour and markings are gorgeous and she LOVES showing them off!LOL!! she's very bold and brazen, whereas Monty is quite shy and would rather be in his hide than roaming about!!

Posted - 11/09/2011 : 18:21:58 Thanks Danny 7BATS!!
I've never thought she was anything other than a normal really, just a beauty, and tbh I can't tell the difference between some of the Morphs, to me it sometimes seems to be a case of 'The Emporers new Clothes' LOL!!! I know what you mean BATS, most normals are a lot nicer than many of the Morphs, mind you I wouldn't say no to an Albino!! Danny, to be fair to my friend, he only saw her through the Viv I didn't want to get her out at the time cos she'd just eaten. On the subject of food, they are both Nomming down medium Weaner Rats every 5-7 days, never missed a feed!!!
Warmest Wishes,

Posted - 11/09/2011 : 17:22:04 Congrats - they're clearly thriving with you! Lovely snakes!
Medusa looks normal to me - but, there is no such thing as a 'normal' normal royal, as many morphs were discovered among wild 'normal' hatchlings. Some are differently patterned or yellower - some have even been albino, or the pied 'ringers'. The cb bred royals sometimes hatch out unexpected 'sports' or dinkers, like my lovely sepia/coffee/chocolate Surahi ... you're right, whatever they are, they're just lovely! |

Posted - 11/09/2011 : 17:16:26 they are lovely and nice wieght growths no offence, but if he owns quite a few morphs he should be able to tell a pastel, and she is not one. she does on the other hand have some very nice blushing and very nice pattern and is nice a light, but is justs a normal. |
