Posted - 17/01/2012 : 14:03:19 Hi Madge - very pretty girl!
There's a huge variation in normal patterns (a bit like tabby cats - they're all slightly different.) Some normals look almost like a different morph and are known as 'dinkers' - I have one myself. I'm no expert on morphs though - though I was once told that with all the royal breeding going on there are all sorts of crossbreds (for want of a more technical term) and possible hets about - again a bit like cats, yer ordinary moggie is likely to have Siamese or Longhair blood, as likely or not.
Whatever she is, Madge was a bargain at that price - congrats! |

Edit to add: Hmm looked closer at Madge..not 100% certain that she is a normal. Somebody will be along with more experience on genetics :) |
