Trying to sell my car on gumtree and was sucked in to a fraudster. I had my doubts about the person in question so went on google and had a quick check. Take a look at this http://findthescams.com/scam-alerts/high-wycombe-fraudster-trying-to-scam-me-from-autotrader-ad/

He calls himself CollinsLoop.

Just a heads-up for anyone using gumtree or ebay autotrader etc.

I think that's kinda the point. The scammer says he has put the money into your paypal but then gives the story about the agent/car carrier. But the amount of people who have actually sent the money is ridiculous. So i just thought i'd put it up on here so that the scam was known here too. Maybe i shouldn't have said anything?
