Phew busy last week so not been around much but am back now! What have I missed?

As you people have seen I got my sand boa from Kempton few nights back who is AWESOME! He struck fed for me not so long ago which was cool but he didn't coil, just kind of bit the nose and expected me to drop it, I gave it a wiggle and he remained motionless on the end, eventually remembered I need to put paper down so he doesn't ingest sand so lifted the rodent up- with him still limply hanging from it, and slid paper under him, was hillarious never seen anything like it before!

We've also started a wee little collection of Mantids which are very cool, we have a budwing now and an african green. May possibly be extending it to a blue flash and a ghost as well as my girlfriend has decided she loves them which is fantastic!

Started work on my Lasius Niger colony too, may have momentarily forgotten they need food and lost a worker but now they're going strong and their home is almost built!

May also be collecting a green tree python from Hamm but will have to get back to you guys on that one! 'tis also my birthday in a few weeks so money for snakes will definitely be requested!

Unfortunately Cleo's bacterial infection did not clear up, we had to take her back to the vet where he administered some more medicine and has sent a sample to the lab of her blood (which is costing me £100! :O )

So as you can see it's been really busy!
How have you all been this last week?

Sounds good! Looks like you picked a good buy if he's eating already!

Funnily enough I managed to do a feeding session last week with 7 rats and only had to throw 1 away, for me that's a record!
