Went to my localish rep shop today and they had a female mojave in with serious offers down as price so was curious to see it and ask its age he got it out and it was a breeding weight female then he proceeded to ask me how much id offer so me not knowing how much adult morphs go for that well said £1200 and was met with "no we wouldn't sell anywhere near that"
What do you guys think its worth unproven and probably around 1500g definitely no more than 2kg at a guess |

Even better if you produce a male firefly and keep back and put the pewter back to him for a sterling fire i love them and might get myself a firefly to put to mine someday

I'm after a female fire, but I'm not paying breeding season prices. I've just been told my parents have bought me a 900g male fire which I'm picking up on Friday :-) |

Talk about a mark up, even in the season! Ive never seen one priced for that!!! But then if they think they can make that much money out nof her, why try and create a sale..? |

His reasoning was they could breed her and make 6-8k from her but you could make that with any snake depending on the pairing and to make that money from a mojave you'd need a clutch full of potions or lucys or breed to a multi gene male |

I'd say you offered about the right price for her
But as its Nearing breeding season people will be looking for a price higher than normal |

I know pet shops need to make money too so are priced a bit higher than breeders but i wasn't expecting him saying £1950 for her I've seen adult phantoms for that kind of money |
