Hi all,
Well, we've made the decision to get ourselves a Royal so the next step is to kit ourselves out with all the equipment. Can anyone reccomend a good on line supplier for vivs, equipment etc?
I've been looking at the Swell Reptile site which seems to have a lot of reasonably priced gear. Anyone used them before?

Yeah pal :) they got some beautiful snakes in there aswell and some of the cheapest supplies I've seen :-) |

Surrey pets is a great shop :) I go over quite a lot and they're all friendly and helpful |

the issue with surrey pet supplies is they no longer deliver heavier items.
iv never noticed any issues with vivexotic vivs, I think they are the best and cheapest on the market. |

Really? Mine doesn't. Although I suppose it's few years old now.
When I sealed the viv with aquarium sealent I sealed the sliders as well, where they overlap the inside of the viv wall. So maybe you could just do that to smooth them off a bit?
I've used triple 8, Surrey Pet Supplies and Swell and all have been just as good for me. No complaints. |

I have used both surrey pet supplies and value vivariums and no complaints from either.
One thing i will say is that if you are getting one of the new vivexotic vivs i have heard that the glass runners/vents (its both in one if that makes sense) have sharp edges on the inside of the viv. Its only what i have heard, not been anywhere to check it out yet |

i used triple 8 aswell for my vivs, all arrived ok and pretty quickly too. i got 3ft and 1.5ft viv starter kits off them. |
