good news the american's has succesfully defeated the HR511 bill that would have banned 9 other constrictor's to the lacey act

USHA, from what I understand, is Andrews break away group. From what I've picked up on, there have been a few differences in opinion on policy and other issues at USARK. Hence Andrews departure.

It'll be very interesting to see who follows the splinter group and, if USARK still continue to see the same following they've enjoyed the past years.

Shame that Andrew wyatt of USARK, who has been instrumental in seeing many of these potential legislations put to bed, has quit as president and CEO in what appears to be unusual, sudden and far from amicable circumstances!?!

Not sure what the future will hold now for the US reptile community
