When I see snakes for sale etc. what does it mean by cb12 etc. is this code or something? Thanks

captive bred is bred in captivity
captive farmed is where they eggs are taken then hatched and shipped abroad for the pet trade.
long term captive is wild caught but been in captivity for a long time

What's difference between them all then? Obviously the WC is found then looked after as pet. But what the others mean.

CB means captive bred, the number is the year of birth.

Also WF (Wild farmed) and WC (Wild caught)
