Just placed an order for stuff for my beardie set up from surrey pet supplies only then to receive an email saying they no longer do deliveries so they have refunded my order Im a bit disappointed as they were considerably cheaper than my local store saving £30 just on one of the items i had ordered :-(

So just thought id share in case any of you used them and were planning on ordering

Indeed, seems to be more to it then just postage costs going up etc.

I think that they are doing deliveries on reptile products again now. According to their facebook page.

I looked a them awhile back,I normally place bigger orders online. If i need the odd bulb/strip or what not,I'll go to my local shop.

They are alot more expensive then even swell.

I can't sing the praises of livefoodsbypost.co.uk enough, their prices are great, delivery is quick, they do food as you can probably work out but their equipment range is brill and I find the prices reasonable. Pays to shop around though.

Its a shame, surrey was the very best, then slowly they have restricted items for delivery and upped the charge and now this, i dont get it tbh

They should have put something on the main site saying as much,Or not allowed people to even place orders etc.

I just switched to using blue lizard, seem to take forever to post things so far :)

Swell always seem to have afew items out of stock, everytime i look at placing an order.

i'm gutted that they closed the online shop - been a while since i needed anything like that but they were always the cheapest!

It's strange - most shops do away with the actual shop and just do online - retail shop must be doing very well. It's a bit of a trek for me but doable if i need enough stuff so not too bad.
