Hi all need some advice.

As mentioned above my question is about paint fumes...

I'm gonna start decorating my room but don't know what to do about paint fumes and the reps... I'm guessing that they will have to be out of the room for atleast a couple of days but I live in a shared house so they can't go in a different room so I'm a little unsure as to what I can do.

They're all in viv's as well so it's not like I can just take the RUB's to a friends house.

Emulsion should be fine with plenty of ventilation, but I wouldn't use gloss around the snakes, its not good for our lungs so a snake has little chance. although the gloss with no fumes might be worth researching

When we had our rooms done,I just covered the vivs, opened all the windows etc etc.

But the fumes weren't that bad, guess it depends how long it will take you.
