Ok so i have heard in the past about people using snake shed to make phone cases and other stuff but does anyone know how? or where i might find such crafts?

I would really like to make stuff using the shed but all i can find is snake shed used on ladies nails which does look cool but not for me lol

Being a craft designer I should know a thing or two about what to do with Snake shed (especially with the kinds of crafting I sometimes do)... but I've yet to come up with anything that would last : /
I do keep all sheds that are worth keeping. Soggy, poopy balls do tend to disapear into the bin though!

I have always wanted to do something with them, it's the reason I've kept them, not only from Tig but from Pandora (my Corn) as well. Her's were always good and nearly every one was compleat.

I do have a book that was a bought present for me that has what is either Snake shed or Lizzard shed on it, as well as leaves and two Lizzards outlined with string. That's my kind of thing and I'd love to learn how to do it.

...Those nails are definatly different. I kinda like them for that : )

That on the nails, could just use little plastic coloured blocks.Would anyone beable to tell the difference :P Hence making it kinda pointless :)

Have you thought about setting them into resin.

I'd be interested to see how that sort of thing would be achieved and turn out.

Jane sometimes keeps them and I eventually sneak them in the bin. (don't tell Jane).

Those nails do look weird, I don't know how I feel about them lol. Although I also keep all mine, I like to compare them to see how much they have grown

Ive seen Before, people putting the skin over coloured cellophane / thin plastic slides and then putting them inside clear Perspex key rings. Think I saw them on eBay.
Or if you get complete untorn shed, you could cut it down the middle and place it on a white piece of card and frame it in a thick blak box frame? Kind of like web you see them on museum/art displays. If you wants to keep some of them around?

Or maybe offer them to your local nursery or school for then to use when having natural world or animal based project weeks or study periods?
