Has anyone on here used or deal with these guys? I got recommended by Chris I think lol

But was just curious as I ordered a bulk of 100 large locust to find quite a few dead in the bag. And also loads of small bug type things. Was wondering if it is normal or there's a problem.

I've emailed them through eBay. Saying what I found. This is my second order and was satisfied with the first order.

Anyone know if there customer service is good? N they'll help me too. I would use them regularly as I think it's a good price and great delivery. Just don't wanna lose out of quality.

That's a pain in the rear. They look quite good. I may have to give them a try. On next delivery.

I ordered from them once, they honoured that order but now refuse any further orders to Northern Ireland even though they use Royal Mail and it costs no extra and is no slower. Mean if you ask me lol.

www.roachcolony.com. They are brilliant, always end up with loads more than ordered. Never had more than 1 or 2 DOA

So worth complaining about then :) and they have replaced them.So can't be all bad right :)

Think i ordered afew boxes/tubs from them awhile ago.Wasn't much of a saving, and they had less in the tubs then the shop ones.

No this was just a few there was about quarter of them dead. From the live ones there was no were near 100.
boomslang Posted - 20/07/2013 : 16:12:40
The bugs are nothing to worry about, that's all the dead ones from a 100 pack? How many were dead from the whole 100?

Afew places throw in extra on top of whatever you order. As you'll highly likely to get afew doa.

Probably just the heat that's killed them I've never had any issues with them

So they do serve a purpose then Chris lol. I only complained as a few had come out of the bag and into the box n then when I opened it they fell out.
chrisc Posted - 19/07/2013 : 16:33:34
The bugs are feeder worms to eat any crap in the bag.
Ive not had any problems with them an good their sending you a replacement
Foremand Posted - 19/07/2013 : 15:43:51
Been emailing them all day and are sending me out a replacement order on Monday. Can't complain about that.

Sent over pictures of the dead locust too and were just as shocked as I was to see this.

Still not sure what the bugs are though. Does anyone else?

And what are they in there for?

These were a few of the locust too.

I've ordered loads of equipment from them and never had any problems! I ordered something to my old address and contacted them to change it and got a reply within minutes saying no problem. Never ordered live food though
