Getting fed up. I ordered a viv exotic viva vivarium on July 15th from a respectable online shop. When it arrived the glass was broken. I tried telling the courier I could hear broken glass but he was actually ignoring me!!
The shop put me through to the distributors to request a replacement part. I didnt hear anything for a couple of weeks, so decided to email again and ask when I could expect the replacement glass. They gave me a number to ring, I rang the number and was given an email to get in touch with. When I emailed this person they gave me another email. Eventually the guy said that its a part they always have in stock and it would be sent out that day and I could expect it to arrive the next day. Makes me wonder if they even bothered the first time!
So my new glass arrives 8am the next morning.... broken again!!!
So now I am getting really fed up, had everything ready to set up this viv for 2 months now.
New glass arrives again today, lets hope its not smashed

The second time I had just finished night shift and went to bed at 7am. Courier turned up at 8am. I got up and quickly got dressed and ran downstairs and he had a go at me for taking so long to answer the door because it was raining. |

They sent one guy and he couldnt lift the vivarium box so he was rolling it along my drive. I could hear the glass moving around inside the box. I had signed for it before he got it out the van. He propped it against my wall then started to leave. I kept saying "it sounds broken" but he wouldnt even look at me. |

Who was the courier company? My mate got a 50" plasma delivered by tnt it was an old bloke by himself and my mate seen him drag it off the van so made him stay till he opened it and just as he thought it was smashed, got replacement sent out they had it lying flat on the back of a van with other things on top opened that also smashed some couriers just don't give a crap what they are carrying |

You definitely need a break before you crack up. A good delivery tomorrow would be smashing. |
