Hi all,
I'm getting ready to own my first royal I'm incredibly excited but also nervous as it will be my first reptile. I've had the viv setup for a couple of weeks and keep testing out all the equipment to make sure I am ready and it is warm enough for him. I have read a number of post on here so wish me luck.

It's a good start getting him to eat but don't be knocked back if he refuses at any point as that kind of behaviour is pretty much expected and nothing to worry about. If you've any questions then ask away, there's always someone about willing to answer for you. |

Got Basil home on Sunday and he is settling in well, he even fed on Wednesday which I thought was a bit soon but he took it happily. Hopefully that will continue. Thanks for welcoming me to the forum |
