Hi all, could someone advise me to which wattage ceramic bulb should be used in a 3x2x2 viv for my python ? And also could someone explain the numbers used in front of the pet listings ?

All 150w in my 3x2's & they cope just fine.

I use a 100 watt too :) but the room is hot.So can depend on your room/house temps too :)

I uses 100 Watt ceramic in my 3x2 but yours is taller than mine so more space to heat so a 150 watt will be your bulb of choice. I use 150 watts to heat a 6x2x2 with no problems at all.

for me i would use a 150w minimum for a 3x2 as that way the bulb wont have to work as hard to get the temp's up plus if it drop's cold theres that extra bit of wattage to heat it up more when the stat kicks in.

1.0.0 is a male, 0.1.0 is a female and 0.0.1 is unsexed
so for example 2.3.0 = 2 male's, 3 females
think ive remembered that the right way round
