have just heard on the news that the police dog handler that left his two police dogs in his van is to be prosecuted for animal cruelty, at last, the police are not above the law with this sort of thing.

Not meaning to be argumentative but is it animal cruelty or negligence? - I presume he didn't purposely leave the animals in there to die on purpose.

I'm sure we'll never know the full story.

yeah i saw it, made me smile, so lets wait and see if they truly get done or just get a wrap on the knuckles....

suppose the police force will pay any fines so that would get them off wouldnt it?
