Me and matty had a lesson in probing and popping snakes today by my local rep shop owner (ryan),i must admit it was very good and not a 5 min thing, ryan went through what size probes for what sized snakes and must of tried it on about six differant sized snakes from a small milk to small royal and a medium retic.Ryan is a top bloke for teaching us tis in his own time and asked for nothing, funny watching matty struggling with a feisty brb seeing it had just tagged ryan.

probing is definatly more accurate, but they can still tense up and make it harder to probe

it'SEEMS easy enough but it is a good idea to be shown by a pro,i done a few poppings and matty done some probing,i tried probbing before inthere, but was just a quick go.The royal was so easy to pop but he said that corn can be a bit more stubborn to pop and really need probing

Yep, would love to learn to probe.

It was easy with the relaxed snakes, the wriggly ones made it quite hard.

Edit - Its in Bristol Remmy.
