i just fed my little girl her first big mouse, we dont have rat pups here, and she took it with enthusiasm, but after that she was aggressive, is that normal?

They can feel a touch sensitive when they take a feed as they can't move as quick. OR, she was still in hunting mode.

If the mouse is roughly as thick as the biggest part of the snake, or 10% - 15% of her bodyweight, it should not be too big.

oh and she didnt go in to any of her hides as usual, may the mouse have been too big?
were she feeling vulnerable cause of the big feed?

i dont think she was hungry for more, as the mouse i offered was a lot bigger than the 2 smaller
ones i use to offer, 'agressive' in a sense that she wont mind me walking or moving in the room
after a feed, but last night if i came in the room to see if she is ok she would curl her head
and neck in a S and keep watching me the whole time, she has never done this before

Maybe she was just hungry for more, what exactly do you mean by 'agressive'? - towards what?
