My son Nik broke his arm on sunday, which involved an overnight stay in musgrove park hospital (he is okay though and has a lovely cast to show off) any ways, walking to the train station to get home we had to walk past the reptile shop, so on the off chance i asked him if he wanted to pop in and have a look....
there were royal pythons in there...
they were only babies, 3 months old...hatched on may 29th.... which is niks birthday....
Nik even HELD one! he said "will it bite?" to which the shop owner said no. I told nik that he had just broken his arm, even if it DID bite, it wouldn't hurt as much as that. so he held it quite happily...
yea that's right, i now have another royal python LOL
Well technically, Nik has a royal python, since he bought it himself.
it was fate lol.
It's not been probed yet. It's name is "IT" LOL |

Same here. I don't look at the sale or rehoming classifieds anymore and only go in the rep store with enough money for what I went in to get  .

Lol well of course, that goes without saying. Will deal with the OH after .. i could always lie and say it was dumped or some sob story!!
Either way i doubt he will call but it was nice of him to say and good having someone to talk snake talk to for a bit  |

I had a guy out fixing my boiler yesterday (he did a cracking job, lol) and he also kept royals. He asked if i wanted to buy an 07 normal male royal ... i said no i had one already so he said if it hadnt sold in the next few days would i mind if he called me and offered it to me for free .... well what can you say to that? |

looks really dark and moody coloured, and I like that, all the royals I see now seem to be brightly coloured, that one looks cool.

Glad to hear he's on the mend. I bet that has taken his mind off the busted arm, well until the itching under the cast starts . If I come to your house, jump out of a first floor window and break my leg will you buy me an Argus Monitor? . |

never fear, it was already cleaned and disinfected, it has just been stained quite magnificently over the years, and i have no idea why lol (though the blue is from the stupid blue water gel stuff i used to use for my spiders) |
