hi guys

just a quick one, everytime i put substrate on the heat mat both the royals push it away so they can lay directly on the heat

the temps held around 86-88 on the substrate, so i have adjusted the therm and not put any substrate on the heat mat, and its now holding same temps directly on it

my question to you is will it be ok for them to lay directly on to the mat. as i dont see away of keeping any on there
