Posted - 08/10/2009 : 23:03:51 i have seen a couple of people's threads where they have mentioned one of their snakes getting a 'treat' like a mouse, because their other snakes havent wanted it. Is it ok to do this every so often when someone has just one snake (like occasionally give a mouse, chick etc for a treat), or is it just a simple fact of not wanting to waste the little mouseys??? |

Mine used to be Sabine, if anything refused she would have it. Now it looks like it's gonna be Jasper. |

Posted - 09/10/2009 : 20:54:55 i agree, having got Queenie converted onto rats there's no way he's ever having a mouse as a treat!! same with Bo the middle Dum that i've just managed to get off live.........
everything else is fair game if the size is right though |

Posted - 08/10/2009 : 23:20:26 They don't need 'treats', to them it will just be another meal and worse case scenario is that the may become addicted to something that is not as good for them. |
