well ive not been able to use a computer for 4 weeks as my new laptophad a faulty power cable so i returned it to the shop.
anyway they kept it for 30 days and i had to make 16 phone calls to find out when i was getting it back.
and i was told on the phone after 28 days im intitled to a new computer.
so i went up there and spoke to the manager and he said, oh your laptop is here and its been fixed, so i reminded him of " there rules" and the fact im intitled to a new machine and he said no as my laptop is there for me.
so not being in the best of moods anyway i raised my voice a little and he stuck to his guns and still said no.
so i asked him to wait 2 minutes and i went round the shop rounding up a few people thinking of buying a computer and took them back to the manager.
he said whats going on so i told him that there wanting a computer and he is just about to explain about pc worlds after care and they would like to listen before making up there minds.
he said lets go somewhere private, no no no i said.
anyway after abit of " light banter lol " which lasted about 10 mins or so he said ok what machine do you want as a replacement,,,,,,,, well i will take that one there i told him and pointed to a £1500 gaming desktop.
hang on the 1 u returned is only £700, i know but i want compensation as ive been here 5 times made 16 phone calls and the whole matter has ruined my christmas and im thinking of getting in touch with the local rag, ( bearing in mind the customers are still there listening and more are joining), so guess what he said if i give you that computer will you be happy, oh yes of course i will.
so he boxed it up and we made our way to the till, then i walked past a desk,,,,, hang on a minute im gonna need one of them as i had a laptop before, he told the lad pushing the trolley just give it to him.
and i left the shop a happy bunny
oh yeah followed by all the people that were going to buy a pc

Nice one! I've never been a fan of PC World, they're more expensive than everywhere else and the staff are clueless.
You do know that your new PC will run all the latest games for about the next six months?  |

im not the most tech savvy
but i do know this computer has
1.5 tb hard drive ( 2x 750 gig )
2x 1 gig graphics cards
8 gig of ram
amd phenom 2 3x processor
thats about all i know but my mate came round to set it all up and he reckons its a pretty good one, so im happy
i must say the graphics are great |
