I have a young b/p, late09, he is weighing in at 135g & eating very well, he is in a faunarium size 13 X 7 X 6 inches, i was wondering when would be a good time to move him into a 24" viv. Is he still to young or small, or would he cope in a bigger viv, i don't want him to stop feeding.
Many thanks.

Marg.

Thanks for that reply, he isn't that length yet, only about 18inches, so i will leave him where he is for now.

A rough rule of thumb is max snake size for viv is length + width of viv/faun, so in your case, 13 + 7 = 20" long snake before moving up.
