Hi all, was just after a few online companies that sell frozen rats and mice. Collections growing and pet shops are getting more expensive.
Thanks.

Thanks for the responses. Well just just done a quick comparison with the 3 sites mentioned in the above thread.
My order was the same for each site and inc each companies delivery charge. The order was as follows:

Mice (Ex breeder) x 50
Rats (80 - 150g) x 10
Rats (fluffs) x 25

http://anfrozenfoods.co.uk/ £59.80

http://www.tsmreptiles.co.uk/index.html £62.10

www.reptileexpress.co.uk £80.00

My most recent delivery:

50 small mice @22p each 11.00
50 Medium mice 35p 17.50
50 Ex-breeder mice 47p 23.50
20 Small weaner rat 48p 9.60
20 medium weaner 53p 10.60

plus delivery (small box) 20.00

And they came neatly positioned too.

I realise that if I had several large snakes this box system wouldn't be as feasible - A&N point out that you can't get that many large rats into a box. Works well for anyone with a lot of young or smaller snakes, though. And for anyone who can spare the freezer space ... SHOULD have had another freezer delivered yesterday (dratted Argos, grrr, don't get me started!)

In the meantime the snakes are well supplied - tough s**t about the christmas turkey!

the one i mentioned is excellent, 5 quid delivery for no matter how much you order. the rats and mice are good sizes, and come neatly positioned (not that that makes a difference lol) and the prices are very good. it cost me 30 quid for 35 rat fuzzies and thats inc. postage

wow - what a day - new freezer (running out of space for snake food) hasn't turned up yet and couldn't get through to TRP all day, what a bore .... anyone else had problems?

Sorry, back on topic. I like A&N of Suffolk. Weaner rats start at 48p and delivery comes when promised. Delivery's £20 for small box (and they'll fit a lot in that, hence freezer crisis lol) or £24 for large, and the quality is beautiful. They breed their own, I believe.
