trying to register my nephew. He's 13 and has an active email address. Every time we try and register it says email in use already. Is it the age that is blocking it, how do i rectify this problem? |

Hi Bob, sorry you're having problems, not sure why. 13 isn't a problem, that's the minimum.

Happened to me, I just tried logging in and it worked, didn't technically activate it with my email. |
