Well after noticing some shed under my male royals hide I removed his hide to take it out, and it turns out he has completely shed but he was laying on it so I couldn't see it.
Anyway I got him out for a stretch and noticed he has 2 specs of blood on his belly.
Is it normal for this to happen when shedding?
He is a 2007 normal Royal.
I can provide a picture if needed?

My corn snake bleeds when he sheds. A tiny amount at the vent. Only noticeable on the shed but if he has sat on the shed skin its likely to have transferred.

I don't think there are any missing, I have had a good look, and it doesn't look like theres one missing.
Also his belly isn't like covered in blood, there isn't anything to "wipe up" as such.
You can just tell there has been a little bit of blood there.

just give it a wipe and have a check over him. if a belly scale is missing you should notice it.

It's on the snake, but it's not like fresh.
It does actually just look like he may have pulled a scale when he was shedding to be honest.
Just shocked me at first, never seen blood come from a snake weirdly lol.

They can have a small amount of blood near the vent area when they shed. Was the blood on the shed or snake. if the snake did it just wipe off as it may of just rubbed on the shed if that makes sense.
