Posted - 17/02/2011 : 12:13:31 I could here some bumping around in her rub so had a little peep through the side and she is rubbing her face along the kitchen roll substrate and is sliding out of her old skin!
I can't beleive I am lucky enough to be able to see her do this! Fingers crossed it all comes away nicely

Posted - 17/02/2011 : 13:11:37 It is an incredible thing to see and incredibly I 'knew' just before Shahi's first three sheds and was able to watch - it's amazing. Royals are so different to corns, and much more private about it - we are really lucky to see them shed.
Very considerate of her too - now you can feed and handle her as soon as the settling in period allows.
Hope by the time I post this that she's a bright new snake.
