Posted - 22/04/2011 : 23:08:54 No I'm not quoteing thet scene from when harry met sally BATS lol. I'll start at the beginning, almost two weeks ago I went to feed C as usual, and after much tongue flicking and head butting the little sod crawled over it with a look of distain in those big brown eyes, as if to say your having a laugh if you think i'm eating that lol.
This happend 5 days after that and then again 5 days after that, so today I checked to see if he was in blue which he wasn't so like the dutyfull dad I defrosted rat van winkle, took it up to him heated it as normal and offered it to him, and as usual there was the tongue flicking, only this time instead of head butting he moved within millimetres of it and then WHAM!!!!!! and since I was expecting him to ignore it you had to scrape me off the blumin ceiling lol. Just thought I'd share oh and it was a big one 47g bless his cotton socks. |

Posted - 23/04/2011 : 07:26:56 Lmao! The first time I fed Brian he very gently took his mouse, I was very disappointed. The next time I fed him I was expexting him to be very slow and steadily take his grub then WHAM! He shot from under his hide and hit this mouse so hard and coiled. Not expecting this I dropped the prongs in his viv and fell back on my arse with a bump. I looked at the wife with wide eyes. Soooo funny the kids were laughing at me for ages. He's been a great strike feeder ever since. |
