got some rat pups for frank today that looked a bit small for him when i got them home so gave him 2 of them. strike and constrict on both of them, he really made me jump the first time his feeding response seems much faster than my rat snake.
little git went for my hand as i lifted him into his rub even tho i scrubbed my hands, im assuming this is because of the heat from my hands?
anyway he fed so all good, will get some small wiener rats next time.
heres a pic of him on my bt house phone for size comparison.
hes 100g and 20" long

Bad lad! Yes, he knew it was feeding day, and a rat is a rat, even when it's a finger lol! Fluffs might be better next but looks like he's really going to eat and pile the weight on now.

CongRATS!!

What's he in now
Moving him to a bigger inclosure might put him off his feeds

It may not tho just something to think about
All royals are different
