this friday like every november my town will be brought to a stand still with this tosh. closed roads and people in hi vis jackets with marshel wrote on the back thinking they control the streets

its to do with guy falks and the gun powder plot. my town and the surrounding areas were against the monarcy during those days. not sure if its to celebrate the attempt or that it failed

All that time, energy, money and skill concentrated on the ultimate in tackiness ...how did this extravaganza (for want of a shorter and mod-unfriendly word) come about in the first place?
