just wondering as frank has been fasting an has just shed even though hes not gained any weight/size.

random an no post fast shedding then.
yea hes fine, looks a bit skinny at times but i know hes only lost 6g so not worried.
offered an nice warm an brained rat, didnt show much interest so have left in the viv.
if he does not eat then it will go to either one of the dustbin bull snakes of jeff.

derek now seems he may have started fasting. nissed a feed the day after his shed an ignored the on the other day, will offer again in 2 weeks.
just a shame i cant recycle his 200g rats to any other snakes

Looking back in my records for the 2010/11 fast -

Saada shed in Dec 10, resumed eating 28/5/11

Surahi shed 1/4/11, resumed eating 28/5/11

Shahi shed 19/3/11, resumed eating (and ate his first rat) 27/3/11

Didn't get Shiva until last Nov.

So a bit of a mixed bag, although of course none of them have been brumated.

Looks like Frank is fine and living on his fat.
