Sanke has just had her rat, she ate it sideways so she has stretched her jaw a bit further than I would have liked her to but you have to just leave them to it. She is now sat in her box pulling faces.

She just opened her mouth a bit, stuck her tongue straight out, then out to one side, then the other then opened her mouth as wide as she could flexing each jaw section individually. She normally does the yawn after eating but this was something quite different and funny looking.

Since he's the size of a darning needle at the moment, why not call him Fred?

Fred the Needle.....?

Lol - a while back I gave Buffy (who plans to be a Burmese python when she grows up - she is NOT a titch) one of shiloh's refused pinkies - and she coiled round it!

Heh,heh maybe look up African terms for tiny etc.

Usually I have a few days to weeks before I bring home a snake and I've had time to think through their name, this one been a slight impulse purchase even though I have wanted one for ages I wasn't planning on buying one this weekend. Titch is definitely on the list though, I will name him as soon as possible though, its not fair the poor thing been all nameless.

*smiles* Well he looks like a "Titch" and he will be your titchiest snake :)
Yeti is good too, but they are huge hehe or so i'm told...

Its funny you say that, I've been calling him Titch! My Mum is suggesting Yeti because he is albino but she hasn't seen that he isn't exactly white yet.

Cool, i'll be looking as soon as you post Sanke pics You gotta name titch :) poor little thing having no name! Shame on you lol, as for Duke he was merely making room for dinner

Great that Spot cleared up the spare mouse, never seen one eat like that.

I'll give her a few days to digest this and then fish her out for a photoshoot. Tonight is feeding night for everyone, Duke smells like he has made a mess though so I get the feeling he isn't going to eat as i'll be fishing him out and the little one of no name was offered a tiny tiny pinkie but was only a bit interested but to avoid stressing a new arrival out I gave it to Spot (the mouse not the snake), it was hilarious, Spot had just had a large mouse and I offered this pinkie smaller than his head and he just took it off me and swallowed it in one gulp, no waste though so all good.

That would worry me silly, tho Sanke knew what she was doing, and you too :)

Fea hasn't done that yet, he usually bites the rear end or the middle, then goes hunting for the nose before swallowing it head first.

I think we are due a few Sanke pics yanno hehe
