Here ya go ya ratty lot lmao

Here you can post ideas for your team mates to see and make suggestions. Also decide among yourselves who is going to cover specific points.
The last poster covers the rebuttals, picking fault in the mice posts on the main debate thread.

The mice are not allowed to spy in here and likewise any rat seen poking around the mice den will no doubt scoff the rat poison ..so don't!! lol

AUSTIN! You're it!

Kelfezond Posted - 27/03/2012 : 17:19:16
Not particularly I don't have time to do an argument now.
anatess Posted - 27/03/2012 : 16:36:30
Hey, yeah, I wasn't planning on posting 2nd or 3rd argument.

But, I did volunteer to post the 1st Rebuttal for Team Rat... which should go after Janie's 1st Rebuttal for Team Mouse.

So, Kelf, wanna go ahead and do an argument and I'll take 1st rebuttal?
JanieW Posted - 27/03/2012 : 12:19:15
Thanks Kelf :)
Yeah I don't think Austin is, least he never mentioned posting himself
Kelfezond Posted - 27/03/2012 : 11:49:07
Don't think anyone is working on it, I've been swamped with work lately and I don't think ana' will be posting the second as well as the first, not sure about the other members. I'll make sure I get the rebuttal done though
JanieW Posted - 27/03/2012 : 11:41:43
Have you guys finished your debate?
I'm asking as already you are 36hrs past the deadline and I have almost finished my first rebuttal which is due in just over 11hrs.

Let me know soon as you can :)
JanieW Posted - 25/03/2012 : 19:48:57
I hope one you posts soon..4hrs 12 mins and a new day begins
austin_89 Posted - 23/03/2012 : 22:44:57
Well Ana was on the list but seeing as she posted 1st argument i doubt she'll wanna lol, only just realised we've lost our 4th member...

Purely from the spectator POV and an actual interest in figures can anyone on team rats look into the uptake of vitamins, minerals etc, it would be interesting to know what percentage (or any figures, facts etc) of the nutritional values of the prey are actually uptaken by the body and what passes straight through. Or get your lab coat on, take an empty snake, 2 equal prey items do a nutritional analysis of the uneaten prey and an analysis of whatever comes back out of the snake, the difference been what has been absorbed to make snake. Easy huh? My thinking being that its ok to say x has 100 of Vitamin M (M for made up) and y has 3000 of Vitamin M when a healthy animal only needs 10 of vitamin M, then it becomes an argument of who has the most nutritious poop. Thinking of Tortoises I was researching tortoises and some tortoises live on scrub so a diet of healthy fruit and veg is actually bad for their health as there digestive system is not evolved to deal with this.

(Walks away whistling after planting a seed of thought).
JanieW Posted - 23/03/2012 : 22:04:36
So who is writing your next debate post?
austin_89 Posted - 23/03/2012 : 21:41:36
Yeh agreed, we'll sort something :)
JanieW Posted - 23/03/2012 : 21:11:02
That works Austin, but next time if we have 4 join to debate..we divide between the teams :)
I did post a list of rules aomewhere..hmm i'll look
austin_89 Posted - 23/03/2012 : 20:38:13
We should revise the rules completely for the next debate, how do we pick the subject of the next? Do it like the photo comp, winner picks? If we win then as a team we decide on a subject and if you win you pick??
JanieW Posted - 23/03/2012 : 20:04:21
Sure, I have no problem with that :)
