Has anyone had their Royals burrow in the substrate? One of my boys has been at it for about a week. He is totally normal other than the burrowing about. He is blue at the moment as well. Could that be the reason? |

Loki does it all the time especially right after he has been cleaned out and the aspen is all lose and easy to burrow into. |

They are a snake that naturally lives in burrows so its totally normal. You might want to review your hides though if its seeking alternative hiding places all the time but a bit of digging is nothing to worry about. |

I have seen both of mine burrowing in their aspen at times. So I think the burrowing must be fairly normal lol |
