Posted - 29/04/2012 : 15:22:38 Hey guys was wondering if Jebus will eat a rat that is too big for him? Its the same girth as his widest part, but seems quite long, bought him it as the fuzzys seem to be gttin too small for him. Im hopeing the weener is the right size, but just incase...
Regards, Matt. |

Posted - 29/04/2012 : 17:34:02 Hi Matt. They can eat amazingly large meals...I have had 3 different breeders tell me they never feed anything pinkies, even hatchlings get rat pups to start. I never feed anything smaller than a pup or adult mouse either. Bon appetit Jebus! |

Ah I've seen them do this - he's just mopping his mouth like a well brought up snake - should have given him a serviette. And a finger bowl lol. |

Posted - 29/04/2012 : 15:28:53 If it's the same girth as him, it sounds fine. They can get frozen in different attitudes; some are scrunched up; some look elongated. I reckon you'll be all right - hope the feed goes well. |
