Check the bowl, make sure you've no mites dead in there. Hopefully its just fancied a quick dip, my Boa baths herself for no apparent reason just for fun maybe.

temps been fluctuating between 31-33 Celsius, not got anything to measure humidity but i'll give it a quick spray tomorrow

Most likely just fancied a bath or a cooling off, but might be worth checking the humidity and your temps when you get a chance.
